IT-Forum Gruppen A/S, based in Århus, announced on 2 November 2011 that it had acquired Auneo ApS, a supplier of operations and hosting facilities based on Zealand.
IT-Forum Gruppen A/S provides server solutions, remote back-up and operation and hosting of businesses IT systems, primarily based on Microsoft solutions.
The acquisition of Auneo is reportedly the seventh acquisition made by IT-Forum Gruppen within the last ten years.
The terms of the acquisition, the price, assets or share purchase, have not been disclosed.
