Zoomio, the Danish newsletter and e-mail marketing specialist, was declared bankrupt on 30 August 2011. The bankruptcy marks the end of what was earlier predicted as a potentially very successful startup on the market for digital marketing tools. Zoomio has several times since its start in 2003 been mentioned on Red Heering's list over the most promising software businesses.

Zoomio had in its lifetime received almost DKK 94m in venture capital from Vecata Capital, Syddansk Teknologisk Innovation and Via Venture Partners.
